Senior Marketing Executive, TNE will be responsible for the development and implementation of overall marketing strategies and plans to achieve the growth and objectives of Pearson TNE portfolio. This person will work very closely with TNE Marketing Director and TNE Business Director to oversee, design and coordinate the strategic marketing objectives and take responsibility for building and promoting the brands within the TNE portfolio.
Develop and implement the annual TNE marketing plan(s) covering the Middle East and Turkey driving student recruitment, engagement, retention and raising brand awareness and loyalty
Define the TNE portfolio brands, develop individual brand guidelines (digital & non- digital) and oversee the brand management strategy in the region
Contribute to the strategic planning of TNE’s marketing efforts and the development and deployment of specific strategies designed supporting student recruitment and engagement
Lead on development and implementation of appropriate, country-specific marketing materials, including brochures, flyers and email- templates, supporting student recruitment, engagement and to build the TNE portfolio brand
Development and implementation of TNE Social Media strategies, guidelines and briefs for each product and their respective target audiences
Evaluate and identify service providers such as media, advertising agencies/channels/partners for developing long- term relationships for rendering specific services;
Development and utilization of marketing personas driving marketing effort.
Engage with colleagues and partners to provide strategic and operational insight to the region to ensure an optimized student journey, maximizing student recruitment, engagement, meeting marketing and engagement
Experience in the main disciplines of marketing and communications, either client or agency side
Experience on digital marketing and social media management.
Ability to interpret market intelligence and to act on it by developing effective strategies to recruit students
Experience in complex project management
Understanding of cultural issues related to international students
Commercial and business development skills
Experience in the development of printed and digital promotional material and creative/comms projects incl. briefings, execution
Strong interpersonal and communication skills including developing and delivering presentations
Fluent in speaking and writing of English Language
Ability to analyse and present data accurately
Marketing Budget management experience
Write, create or design social media posts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram…)
Hands on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and Google Adwords and web traffic metrics
Windows package incl. Power point, Word and Excel
Knowledge of graphic design and/or video production programs (preferred)
Salesforce knowledge is an asset
