Cityberry® Travel, providing innovative unique incoming travel services under Istanbul.com + Istanbul Tourist Pass® + Cappadocia Travel Pass@ + Istanbul Museum Pass@ + Guided Museum Tours, is looking for an unexperienced team member for Customer Journey Specialist who will maintain, develop and grow our tourism operations and maximise customer satisfaction for a fulfilling start-to-end customer journey.


Responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding our customers through features and functionalities of the pass.


To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust. You should also be familiar with help desk programs and WhatsApp Business.


Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.


Responsibilities:
●Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
●Identify customer needs
●Update our internal backoffice with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
●Monitor customer reviews on social media and reach out to them with solution and assistance
●Inform customers about new features and functionalities
●Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
●Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams


Requirements and skills:
●Speaking and writing in English fluently - additional language would be a plus
●Wishing to work in tourism industry
●Good communication and problem-solving skills
●Having career goals in the tourism industry
●Easily commute to the office building in Harbiye
