Lumnion is an AI-driven insurance pricing platform provider for the Non-Life & Health Insurance Industry. Their state-of-the-art platform uses Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to automate data preparation and provide more precise risk pricing, impact analysis and dynamic pricing. The company operates in Istanbul and also offers some flexibility for remote work.

Role Description

This is a full-time/Part-time hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers, generating new leads, conducting market research, and providing excellent customer service. The Business Development Specialist will also work closely with the product development team to ensure that all customer needs are met.

Qualifications

Analytical Skills and Communication skills
Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research
Customer Service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the insurance industry or with AI-driven platforms is a plus
